Mixed Level Yoga

This practice provides a complete workout from breathing, warm-up, and heat-building exercises to deep stretches, cool-down, and relaxation. There are instructions given throughout to help you modify the program to meet your needs. This program combines tough cardiovascular exercise with strength- and flexibility-building yoga poses to create a total body workout. Whether you're just beginning or are ready to move on to more advanced techniques!

Gentle Flow Yoga

This practice is Hatha based using a “flow style.” Hatha Yoga is what most people in the West associate with the word “Yoga” and is practiced for mental and physical health throughout the West. Gentle Flow Yoga leaves out many of the arm pumping push-ups (chaturanga) and focusses on an easy flow pattern with higher emphasize on hip openers and bends, twists and balancing postures. Over all this is a wonderful practice to get started with, in order not to be overwhelmed.
